Not responsible

I dont understand this! You guys sent me an e-mail telling me my subscription was cancelled,because my address was missing the apt number and that the issues could be delivered for that reason. I went in to my account and updated the address and now I get this e-mail? Saying that you guys are cancelling my subscription for no reason! Was not this supposed to be a whole year subscription? I am very disappointed on stylewatch and wont ever again spend a penny on you products.
